Acer launches new Swift 3 laptop with AMD Ryzen 4000 Series in India 

The laptop brand Acer recently has announced the first edition of its laptop with AMD Ryzen 5 4500 CPU that is known as “Acer Swift 3”.

Well because of lockdown in various countries including India, the launching of new products has been delayed by the various companies. However, as everything is getting again on the rail, Acer has decided to unveil its new Swift 3 laptop with a Magnesium-Aluminium 15.95 mm chassis, slim design, and a 14 inch FUll HD IPS display (82.73 percent screen-to-body ratio).

The total weight of the Acer Swift 3 is 1.2 kg that includes up to 512GB or 1 TB PCIe Gen 3 8 Gb/s up to 4 lanes, NVMe storage, and 16 GB LPDDR4X RAM.

For connectivity, it uses the latest version of Wireless communication i.e 2 x 2 MIMO based Intel Wireless Wi-Fi 6 AX200 Dual-band which as per the company will improve the overall network speed up to 3 times and reduce the latency around 75 percent as compared the previous generation WIFI-5. In addition to this BT 5.0 is also there.

Another medium to transfer data is USB C with 10Gbps data transfer speed that has been given on the laptop and can also be used to charge different portable devices.

As per the company’s claim, the Acer Swift 3 can provide a battery backup of around 11 hours. It comes with fast charging capabilities that can charge 4 hours of battery backup in 30 minutes which helps in emergency meetings or in other scenarios.

From the software side, Acer Swift used Windows 10 Home along with Wake on Voice (WoV) feature that allows users to activate Windows 10 with a voice command. Other things are DTS and Fingerprint reader.
