Intel’s 13th generation Core K series processor series has already been announced with a total of six processors- Intel Core i5-13600K; Intel Core i5-13600KF; Intel Core i7-13-700K; Intel Core i7-13-700KF; Intel Core i9-13900K and Intel Core i9-13900KF; now, the non-K-series i5-13600 has appeared on Geekbench.
As shown in the picture given below, a processor named Intel Core i5-13600 has 14 cores and 20 threads, that is, 6 large cores + 8 small cores. Its main frequency reaches 2.7GHz, the turbo or maximum frequency shows an error, and the L3 cache is 24MB.
For comparison, the released i5-13600K also has 14 cores and 20 threads, with the main frequency of 3.5GHz, a turbo frequency of 5.1GHz, and a 24MB L3 cache. The old i5-12600 has no small core, 6 cores, and 12 threads specifications, the main frequency is 3.3GHz, and the turbo frequency is 4.8GHz.
Previously, the i5-13400 also appeared on Geekbench, with 10 cores and 16 threads, that is, 6 large cores + 4 small cores, 20MB L3 cache, 2.5-4.6GHz.
Intel’s 13th-generation Intel Core uses the mature Intel 7 process (previously known as 10 nm) technology and x86 high-performance hybrid architecture, and its single-threaded performance and multi-threaded performance have increased by up to 15% and 41%, respectively. Intel’s 13th-generation Intel Core K series will available be from October 20th whereas the non-K-series may launch early next year.
